If you're looking for a small town WI bar this would work. It's the kinda bar that you can smell the deep fry oil and stale cigarette smoke before you walk in. Otherwise once you go inside they have various bar food items and the rest of the stuff that you would find in a small town bar. They have a tap beer dispenser that fills the glass from the bottom. When was the last time you've seen that? Friendly staff to boot.
Was a really fun New Years eve that I attended 5 J's. If you're looking for a low key and cheap bar to have some drinks this place is it. Only problem was no mask enforcement or social distancing but I dunno how you're supposed to enforce that in a crowded bar.
This is a friendly small-town bar, where if you're a regular, everybody knows your name. Regulars recognize new faces, so don't be surprised when people Introduce themselves. Awesome Karaeoke Fri and Sat 9-2. Friendly bartenders. Yummy pizza. Good friends, good drinks, great times!
