Iâd give zero stars if I could but I canât. Never change their hours if they arenât going to be open. Zero transparency with times of operation. Youâll probably be late to work if you come here because you never know when theyâre open. Better off going to Kwik trip or elsewhere. Also never get rewards because they always always always type my phone number wrong. Reason I know that is because I claimed my rewards for a free coffee and she said I had the wrong number, Iâm a very loud talker so it wasnât on my end that it was messed up
This is a drive thru w an indoor order option but no indoor seating. The server was friendly and fast as she could be, but if you want priority, choose the drive thru as ordering inside may take longer.

Walked in a few minutes before they closedâ@6:30pm. The website says 7pm. Was told at 6:27pm they are closed. No apologies..just simply âyeah..the google page hasnât been updated.â Had a rough day..just wanted a cup of happiness. If this was the first time I had a lackluster experience at this location, I probably wouldnât say anything but itâs not the first time (having to pry them from their phones to take my order or ask for them to put in my perks phone number.).
Always love my (almost) daily coffees from these wonderful people! Pups love their treat too!

I ordered the mango iced tea and a chocolate chip cookie. Customer service was great. Loved my tea. This was my first time at a Caribou coffee.
