“Great little small-town diner! They are right across the street from the folks who do all of the work on our vehicles (on-road and off-road) so we generally schedule repairs around this place’s opening hours.

Solid B&G but that’s one dish that nobody can figure out how to photograph so I’m including a pic of what I finished eating about 5 minutes before writing this review.

Today, I went for the 2+2: that would be a pair of pancakes with a pair of eggs, cooked to order. I went scrambled. Both were delicious and it’s hard to beat the price.

Service is always solid. Bring cash or they have an ATM in the front.”

“Just had lunch at the Cafe. I would recommend it to anyone and everyone in the area. My husband had the chili and said it was almost as good as mine!! And for restaurant chili that is a GOOD recommendation. I had the German brat and krout ( Sp) and it was sooooo good!! Great staff and friendly atmosphere. It’s a must stop if you are in Chetek.”

“Bartender was great. Very fast service, good conversation. Prices are fair. good variety of beers both on tap and bottles/cans. I recommend this bar and since I have made my home here in Chetek I shall return to this place.”

“What a great idea! So fun to be able to pick your own wine out and sample a few of different reds or whites. Then be able to buy a bottle if it suits, or even just have a full glass.

Plus they have great go-along food to sample while you play cribbage or enjoy the outdoors or just chill! Super friendly staff. They have both world and local wines. A must stop in Chetek! (This coming from a previous resident who knows a lot of places!)

“Awesome bar on Potato Lake with a great atmosphere. It’s part of a campground and cabin resort that has a pool table, darts, and fun games. Thursday is bingo night, and Friday is trivia—always a good time! We go once a week, and there's always something fun happening. The drink selection is great, the bar food hits the spot, and the view of the lake is tough to beat. The staff is super friendly and makes everyone feel welcome. The owners are great people, and they’ve built an awesome community. It’s the perfect mix of laid-back and lively. 5/5”

“Such a Fun Hangout! We will definitely be back. We stopped by on the 4th of July. It was super busy that day. We found a great spot out on the back patio. We ordered the pizza which was fantastic. Drinks were great! Our server was amazing!”

“The cabin was spacious and very clean with PLENTY OF SPACE for everyone --both in the living area, bedrooms and bathroom. Having a slip for our pontoon was a definite plus! We had a great time exploring the lake and coming back in the evening to listen to some fabulous bands right outside the door. Would absolutely come back for another visit!”
