“Phils is the best by far downtown Chetek! I love the fish fry and all the staff is wonderful. I cannot go out to eat much, but when I do its to Phils.”

“It was so delicious. Came in for breakfast and leaving so full. I had a half biscuits and gravy and a Mexican omelette. The biscuits and gravy were definitely made fresh and came out hot and were fluffy and delicious. The omelette had so much flavor and plenty of fixings inside of it.

The scenery was great. Very welcoming. Will love to come back and see it again.”

“Just had lunch at the Cafe. I would recommend it to anyone and everyone in the area. My husband had the chili and said it was almost as good as mine!! And for restaurant chili that is a GOOD recommendation. I had the German brat and krout ( Sp) and it was sooooo good!! Great staff and friendly atmosphere. It’s a must stop if you are in Chetek.”

“Awesome bar on Potato Lake with a great atmosphere. It’s part of a campground and cabin resort that has a pool table, darts, and fun games. Thursday is bingo night, and Friday is trivia—always a good time! We go once a week, and there's always something fun happening. The drink selection is great, the bar food hits the spot, and the view of the lake is tough to beat. The staff is super friendly and makes everyone feel welcome. The owners are great people, and they’ve built an awesome community. It’s the perfect mix of laid-back and lively. 5/5”

“This is a drive thru w an indoor order option but no indoor seating. The server was friendly and fast as she could be, but if you want priority, choose the drive thru as ordering inside may take longer.”

“I ordered a Buffalo Mac and Cheese with Chicken. The service was good, however the meal itself is something for discussion. I asked for no Bleu Cheese Crumbles as I'm not a fan which I got, but I also got no buffalo sauce. It was a soupy Alfredo sauce with mediocre pasta. I was a bit disappointed as I thought there were changes made to their menu that were supposed to make it better.

This meal is not recommended for those who actually like buffalo chicken Mac and cheese.”
