Went on a Friday afternoon had their fish dinner's . Fish was ok but the french fries were soggy and terrible, there were a group of drunks at the bar and every other word was the F-word and they were loud, no place to take kids, I can put up with the drunks, but not soggy fries won’t be back
Phils is the best by far downtown Chetek! I love the fish fry and all the staff is wonderful.
I cannot go out to eat much, but when I do its to Phils.
We had awesome broasted chicken tonight they gave us 25 min and it was done right on time. The breading they use sticks right to it and the chicken almost fell off the bone. If you haven’t tried their chicken to go I would.
