This place seriously needs some good help. It seems like there’s no adult working at this particular Dairy Queen in Chetek, just high school kids. Been coming to Chetek for years and the DQ has really went downhill in the last few years. We stood there about 20 mins while the workers argued with each other. The place is dirty, slow, and has bad service. Zero stars.

I assume New employees. The cone she made wasn't a good, threw it away, it the wall just melted down the wall. The malt by another was like soup. Had to wait awhile for 2 orders of French fries. Not good

It started out by waiting 30+ minutes just to be told to more out of line and park in the parking lot and wait then paid $52.00 for half my order we called the store and the kid said come back another day this Dq has really went down hill it's being run by teenagers

In the past we’ve had issues with the chetek Dairy Queen. This summer however every time we’ve came our food was fresh and hot. Service was good but sometimes a bit of a wait depending on how busy they are and who’s working. I’ve never left a view before being that in the past I wouldn’t have recommended them. However EVERY time we’ve stopped this summer I’ve been pleased with the quality of the food. And a correct order every time!

SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN BEFORE THEY KILL SOMEONE!!! Literally the worst DQ I've ever been too. The workers are more focused on messing around with each other. This has been the problem for a couple years now thought they'd change by now but I guess not. I Literally ordered a sauced and tossed BBQ chicken strips and got gravy instead.... the last time I was there i asked for a small strawberry shake they repeated back that I said large chocolate shake then when I said small strawberry shake again I got a blizzard of some kind. Idk if this dq is a place to help the special needs or something if that's the case my apologies.... and they also are very messy the man had chocolate all over his hands and not to mention the cross contamination of peanuts in the other toppings. They are gunna kill someone someday!!!! SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!!!
Usually when I go here the food and service are both great today on the other hand it was not! Service was very slow and they were NOT busy and when I finally got my food to go and got it home to find a long dark hair in my burger I was so upset about all of it I didn't bother calling to complain but believe me when I say I'm done with the Chetek Dairy Queen for a long while sadly

Told them that I wanted a number 1 and a small Reeses and Oreo blizzard they told me that I only ordered the sandwich and didn't even give me my food I ordered when no I didn't tell them that I wanted a number one sandwich I told them I wanted a number 1 and said well to use that means you ordered a sandwich then charged me 5$ plus for the blizzard basically full price

What did they put in my blizzard? I will never know. I ordered a brownie blizzard not the Oreo one and there is hard white stuff in it. The service was also not the best the lady up front it kinda rude and I don’t appreciate.
