They are stingy on their ice cream. They post pictures of the size small to large on the wall, but the size you actually get is one half the advertised size!

Food is usually pretty good, but the help is slower than slow. Drive thru takes about a half hour to get thru. Usually we only see teenagers working. We never see any adult supervision unless they are always in the back. Slowest DQ in all the ones and states we've ever stopped at. Each year we vacation in the Chetek WI area we always hope the service will be faster, but so far no luck.

The worst experience of my life the bigger lady decides to just start yelling at people because they can’t keep up. People from the drive-through just drove away three people people from the dining room, just walked away. it took 25 minutes to get my meal

They definitely weren’t staffed or prepared for a rush of people that came from a youth event in town. The wait was insane.

Everytime I go somethings wrong. Horrible management and a bunch of kids who dont know how to work. Yes things get difficult but when i get a soda thats half full, thats unacceptable. Dont even know how this place is still running.

This place seriously needs some good help. It seems like there’s no adult working at this particular Dairy Queen in Chetek, just high school kids. Been coming to Chetek for years and the DQ has really went downhill in the last few years. We stood there about 20 mins while the workers argued with each other. The place is dirty, slow, and has bad service. Zero stars.
