We absolutely enjoy the food and the staff. We’ve tried almost everything but our favs are pizza, tequila lime rice bowl, Friday fish, and Hungry Logger. Teresa, Ashley, Jenna, Eli, & Andrea are all fabulous and they are what brings us coming back.

Redd’s dock is unsafe to securely tie up your water craft. I attempted to explain this to the manager on 27Sep2025, who was not receptive to my constructive feedback and would not allow me to give detailed feedback. Approximately 40 to 60 % of the turnbuckles on their dock are broken and/or replaced with unsafe modifications that do-not allow you to securely tie up your watercraft so that you may be certain to not damage boats tied up directly adjacent during periods of moderate winds and choppy water conditions.
Furthermore, I have more than ten years experience visiting the Chetek area and I can justifiably state that they are too cheep to maintain their beer taps by regular tap service cleaning. Consequently I suggest, should you choose to patronize this establishment you should avoid their tap beers as they taste rancid. If the owners and management of Redd’s should choose to correct these deficiencies, I welcome the opportunity to give a favorable review of this establishment.

This was a great place to go during a family vacation to Chetek on a day the weather wasn't great. Megan was our bartender/server and even though it was busy the majority of the time she did great. We got the duck wontons which are delicious, chili cheese fries that were good but oddly watery. They have a pool table and my family loved that. Definitely will stop again if we come back to the area.

Elijah rocks. Great food, service top notch, and drinks never empty. Would visit again.
A terrific burger, decent fries and coleslaw. Coleslaw portion was smallish and food was delivered late (waited abt 20 mins). Atmosphere is meh, but outside does have a decent lake view across the street.

I was really impressed with this place! Even during a busy time, the service was incredibly quick and efficient — we were seated and had our food in no time. The staff handled the rush smoothly and stayed friendly throughout. On top of that, the food was excellent — fresh, flavorful, and exactly what we were hoping for. It’s not easy to find a spot that nails both speed and quality, but they delivered on both fronts.
