We ordered online to pickup in Chetek, WI. When I arrived, there was one male employee making a sandwich for another customer. After standing there 10 minutes without a greeting, or asking me anything, an alarm went off and he said it was for an online order. I said it may be mine. He said no, and mine was received quite some time ago, but it didn’t print. The current order printed. I had to replace my order; most of the vegetable bins were empty, only 2 breads to pick from; and I paid for a foot long cookie which they didn’t have. The employee asked if I would leave my credit card, which I said no. I left my name and number to have a manager call the next morning, which they did not. No refund either. I also tried to call them, which they did not answer, nor was the voice mail set up. We were hoping with new ownership it would improve. We are mistaken.
It was June 22 about 7:00 pm. We ordered online like we usually do. Went in to grab our food, I said hello and thank you like I do every time. She ignored me but I can look past that. Got home to find out all 3 sandwiches were on the wrong bread and 3 different kinds of bread we didn't order and none of them were toasted and were very sloppy. Our receipt was correct though. I called and asked if they were out of the one bread we wanted and she said yes but told us she was too busy to call. Mind you, the whole place was empty and she was just standing around. She took it upon herself to choose whatever bread she wanted. We said that we were coming back in so she could remake our sandwiches on different bread of our choosing that they weren't sold out of. She asked what other kind we wanted and when we asked, she said they only have flatbread. Ok so why weren't we called so we could go to a different Subway and get our sandwiches or call us and apologize and ask if we wanted a different bread? She was rude and unapologetic. I doubt we'll be ordering from here anytime in the near future.
Every time we place a mobile order we end up waiting approximately over an hour for food. We order at most 2 sandwiches. Nothing that should take more than a few minutes to make. Whenever we go in to pick them up there’s never anyone else in there and maybe one employee. Service has been terrible lately.
When you go in to get your food and get on 1/2 of what a foot long gets and if you ask for extra and get charged for the extra and don't get it in your sandwich or salads. They toasted one sandwich and the meat is cold to the touch amd cheese is just melted. I got nothing that I ordered
I am handicap and floors were very wet from mopping. It was 630. Not near closing. I almost fell.
My last 3 orders have been majorly incorrect. I couldn't even eat the last sandwich they prepared. Don't use the mobile app. Subway is too pricey to be this consistently inept.
Every few months we give this place an opportunity. They always fail. Returned both sandwiches which were wrong. We don't enjoy toasted hot tuna sandwiches. We are pressed for time and can't wait for new sandwiches. Which is why we used the app to avoid the wait and plan ahead.
They can not give refunds on the app. So they promised to refund tomorrow. Last time we ordered they were out of several items we ordered again promised refunds the next day for the items we did not get. It never happened. There is no policy in place for ordering online and refunds. Convenience ordering with the app is null if it's wrong or not available. I recommend not using the app you need to babysit the sandwich makers here.
Your smart employee let $30 walk out f the door because he had an online order. Our sandwhiches were half made. Stood in line for 10 minutes with not a single person there. Was told she has been waiting a while. Ended up walking out. Not a single person in the parking lot. Who were we waiting for? No one! Hope that one sandwich was worth the 2 that you let walk out the door. Real smart business model.
I suggest going in an watching them.make ur sandwich. Order pick up is horrible my sandwich smashed an pit together horrible an the other one is not fully wrapped up an sauce everywhere very disappointing ?

Poor service and staff is handling food unsafe. Staff touches multiple subs with out glove change these subs were for multiple people. Something needs to be done to fix this problem. Sad to see for what you pay for the food.

foods decent but every time i order a wrap with sauce, it’s like they go absolutely nuts with it and try to make it the messiest thing to eat ever. jus annoying bc it’s like, i dont even wanna touch it .
As most Subways quality was good, prices have gotten a bit higher than I like.

The food is good but they always forget to toast the sub on mobile orders. Very simple step that they can’t get right. Very frustrating considering how much the price has increased.
