Never again DQ of Chilton. Never. I am currently sitting in your drive through at the brown door. 20 minutes for a burger and fries. My blizzard is beyond melted as I received that with my drink at the window. I will forever take my business to BrillionDQ. Chilton deserves nothing more chances.Get home, 3 minutes away and fries are cold and onion on my burger that I specifically asked for NO ONIONS! This place is crooked and a huge waste of money!

Very disappointed in Chilton Dairy Queen. I placed an online order so it would be ready when I got there. App said it would be ready at 4:10. I arrived at 4:12. it is now 4:30 as I am writing this. When I was asked to pull around to the side, I asked if they were just starting my order. I was told "oh no, its almost done". This is not the first time this location has disappointed. We shall see how the food is. I dont have high hopes.

I cannot be more disappointed in the Chilton Dairy Queen. I ordered a steak sandwich meal. That's it. Drove around the building for pick up and there were 5 vehicles already waiting. I waited. The elderly woman who was delivering food to other vehicles even said as she went past me, "I'm going to go check on your order. It's been a while." Twenty five minutes later she brought my order. My onion rings were crushed into the box, the steak was cooked so hard I couldn't bite through it. When I did finally tear a piece off of it, I couldn't chew it enough to swallow it without liquid. That was a waste of money. Do better, Dairy Queen.

Slowest restaurant ever. Waited over 35 minutes (don’t ask me why) for mediocre DQ food. I really don’t get what took so long. Will be passing it by next time.

Literally sat in the lobby for 35 minutes and didn't get nothing paid for my meal didn't get nothing I ended up just leaving because I had to go to work also stood at the counter for 5 minutes before somebody even acknowledged me pathetic excuse of a fastfood restaurant. I've had faster response times from a sit-down restaurant

Wait in line ,drive through,20 minutes. Food was awfull. Had to wait over 30 more minutes. I get home fries not even warm. Steak sandwich full works and then some. I order with just butter. No excuse. Last for me. You better belive I will tell every one I know...

These people couldn't find there way out of a wet paper bag, Ordered cheese burger w/ ketchup, pickles & extra onions, NO MUSTARD! , it came with little onions and mustard on it, my cheese curds came compacted together in the container all sticking together, ordered it to go and found later that they didn't put my fries in the bag with the rest of the order. This is not the first time these idiots screwd up my order.

30 Minutes to make two Blizzards?!? Unbelievably slow drive thru for everyone just getting ice cream in front of us. One person making everything while the other two are just taking the orders and not getting anything out the window. Ordered two mint oreo blizzards and the mint flavoring wasn’t added. Do not recommend going here. Your Blizzard is not worth it. You’re just better off going to Scoops down the road.
Every DQ location is terrible, and nothing like it used to be. Poorly staffed, ridiculously high prices, and poor quality food.

I’ve been here twice in my life. First time they took a god awful amount of time to make the order. This time, I stood at the counter for 10 minutes watching 3 different employees make eye contact with me on several occasions and not come to the counter to take an order. Clearly they could care less about the service they offer their customer base. I left without ordering.

Came for one blizzard... The place is empty inside, and had 2 cars ahead of me ... I sat on line for over 15 minutes! And when they handed me my blizzard it was all melty on the top cuz who knows how long it's been sitting there. This is uncalled for! And now that I'm sitting here reading reviews, I should've never stopped! How has this problem not been fixed?
