Every DQ location is terrible, and nothing like it used to be. Poorly staffed, ridiculously high prices, and poor quality food.

I’ve been here twice in my life. First time they took a god awful amount of time to make the order. This time, I stood at the counter for 10 minutes watching 3 different employees make eye contact with me on several occasions and not come to the counter to take an order. Clearly they could care less about the service they offer their customer base. I left without ordering.

Food was hot and good but every time I go there it takes forever to get your order. Not a place to stop quick for a bite.

Came for one blizzard... The place is empty inside, and had 2 cars ahead of me ... I sat on line for over 15 minutes! And when they handed me my blizzard it was all melty on the top cuz who knows how long it's been sitting there. This is uncalled for! And now that I'm sitting here reading reviews, I should've never stopped! How has this problem not been fixed?

My husband and I were traveling home, 9-23-2024, and stop here for supper. We went through the drive-thru. The place was not busy. We got there at 4:30 pm, we did not leave till 5:09 pm. Ordered our food and waited over 20 minutes. We checked our food and the gravy that we paid for wasn't there. We went back to the drive thru window to get the gravy. No apologies, but we got the gravy. I took the lid off and dipped my french fry, the gravy was watered down and had no taste. I walk into the store and asked for a refund for the gravy and the french fries. All the employees were huddled in conversation. I told them that had we recieved an apology for the original mistake that I would have never came in for a refund. Apologies go a long way. The manager told me that I had no right to say that and it was belittling to them. Then she banned me from the store. This interchange took place in under 60 seconds. I was banned for asking for a refund because of their mistakes and poor customer service. I did recieve the refund. Just stay away from this place.

Waited 30 minutes in Drive Thru and had to call them and ask to be waited on. They will prioritize serving people entering the business and if they have a break, then they will address drive thru. When I called, the staff member treated me as if I was an inconvenience; no apology for the wait or attempt to make it right. The guy acted like he hated his job. Extremely poor experience all around.

when it takes over half hour to get chicken strips, don't have half the stuff to make your food. On top of dirty tables and bugs crawling all over the floor overall beyond terrible

You shouldn't have to wait almost 30 minutes for chicken tenders and cheese curds at 11:30am. Doesn't make sense. I was almost late to work even though I'm 5 minutes away AND I came 30 minutes early. Never coming back again.
