I love every time I come here but this morning was hectic when I went in. The two baristas working were as efficient as they possibly could be and apologetic to every customer for having to wait.
look, if I wanted speed I'd have gone across town to the place with the yellow M. No one should expect fast food speed at a coffee shop. I went to Terraverde on Friday to get a drink, and I was very blown away with the customer service I received from the young gentleman that was working. He asked me all sorts of questions and what I wanted how I wanted it and then after my drink was completed, he walked around the corner and handed it to me. Terra Verde Coffeehouse and Roastery is a really nice little place in the small town of Chilton. This small-coffee shop roasts everything in house, and guests can enjoy the intense smell and mesmerizing sounds of the roaster. The owner puts a lot of thought into everything. The menu has a lot of options, including awesome paninis and drinks like macchiato and cookies. The customer service is superb. One customer was very blown away by a young gentleman who asked all sorts of questions and then walked around the corner to hand over the drink, providing an added personal touch. Another visit was hectic, but the two baristas were as efficient as they possibly could be and apologetic. Customers should expect superb service and deliciousness, not fast food speed. One person was just passing through town for a caffeine fix and would have loved to spend more time there. Another finally tried the place after two years and wished they had gone in sooner. Many guests will be back again.
