Have a few different experiences here. A few times the service was good and a few times not so much. Ordered with online service today for pick up.. seemed like they charged extra for more than what they would of you were to dine in.. they had a service fee for online orders then when you go in it asked on the in pad if you pay card if you want to leave a tip, I felt like I already left a tip doing a service charge.. the food was just ok, I wish the prices were a bit more reasonable because 50$ was quite expensive I feel like I could have dined at a very fancy place for the price we have paid for dinner. Like to add also while ordering online the ( extra extra ) is where they get you be careful what you click. If you think your adding an extra taco that's wrong your adding an extra tortilla for 2$ a peice be careful!

Had the Mexican tacos with chorizo and the American tacos with chicken. Very tasty, good price, and friendly staff. Also very clean and modern.

I've giving this place multiple chances and have been let down. The problem is always the waiters. I have been the only table and still no one comes to ask if I want another drink or would like anything else. I have to flag the waitress down. The food has almost no seasoning, but, maybe thats their style, can't knock a restaurant for having a vision. It's better to drive the extra 20 minutes and go to Gloria's in Brillion.

First and foremost- I always tip 20% no matter what as Iโm a server myself, but this one experience left me not leaving a tip at all, for the first time ever.
We sat down, waited 5-10 mins for our drink order from the first server and then 15 mins after that for a food order to be taken from a different server while there was only 5 other tables and the first waitress was doing essentially nothing. While waiting for our food we waited another 10 mins for another round of drinks and I had to flag her over one of the waitresses for it when one of them was standing there doing nothing. Good service means checking on your tables. Then we asked for more chips and salsa and she put new chips on our garbage that we left in our first basket- assuming that we would get a fresh basket, (seems standard.)
I have been here about 20 times with no issue and always love it and how clean it is.
This was very disappointing.

Food is good but I have a couple of problems with the service. We have been there at least 4 times & we always feel like they think we should be thanking them for letting us eat there. The last time I asked for ground beef & they gave me steak. I said I will just eat it. They didn't even aplogize for the screw up. 3 times they over charged us on the bill. Again, no apology

The restaurant has great food, great service and friendly staff. The salsa is fantastic, home made and takes you back to Abuelitas cooking. I highly recommend, enjoy.

We stopped over a year ago when we stayed at the hotel next door while in town shopping for our new home. It was late, my husband and I were very hungry, and tired. We got to the restaurant just before they were closing, and the owner welcomed us warmly. We ordered, we were served, and not rushed in any way. We chatted with the owner, and he was super cool to talk with. The food was delicious, and the Herradurra margarita he made special for me was the BOMB.
We went back tonight, after all this time, and the same gentleman took care of us. He was gracious, and very attentive. He accommodated special requests to assist in managing my elderly mother. The food and service was very good, again. I'm glad we have such a nice Mexican restaurant in this community, and we will continue to support their business.
