I don't understand why most people give it 5 stars. The food was an absolute disaster. It tasted burnt, way too sweet and the lemon sauce just tasted too artificial. This store definitely does not represent Hong Kong or Asian food. It was the worst food I have ever eaten.
I also liked the atmosphere. Why is no card payment offered? You have to question that ;)
I would have to have the authorities inspect the store for hygiene. A shop like that wouldn't survive in Germany!

I've always enjoyed the Hong Kong House in Chippewa Falls for its great food. However, there are a couple of drawbacks: sometimes they don't answer the phone, so you may need to call multiple times, and they only accept cash payments. So, if you're looking for great food, make sure to bring cash.

This is another restraunt that I have frequented since I was a child. I love the food here. Much better than the buffets around the Chippewa Valley. The same family has run this place as long as I can remember and they are really friendly. One of the best Chinese restraunts around.

I haven't ordered from here in about 20 years, but I was in the neighborhood and decided to get some Chinese food for dinner. The food was excellent (Kung Pao Sen Yang and Empress Chicken), and it tasted exactly as I remembered. Veggies were totally fresh, sauces were right on, and food was ready for pickup within 15 minutes.

Ate here the other day. The person I went with said this was the best beef lo mein she ever had! I really enjoyed my shrimp fried rice. The food is pretty darn good and worth a stop. Keep in mind they are cash only.

We go here every Friday night with our grandchildren, they love the fresh cut veggies meals. It is worth the wait. The owner works her hard and is always pleasant! Doesn't look like much from the outside, but the big cut fresh veggies are Yummy. ? ???
