Neil started our evening with excellent drinks and a friendly welcome. We got to experience an excellent sunset from the perfect spot at the Lodge. Then the food... excellent, bellisimo, superior. The only thing I would request is that the service be quicker and the server more attentive. I highly recommend LAKE WISSOTA LODGE!

We stopped at Wissota Lodge for the first time on Friday night as it’s close to our house and on the way home from work. At 4pm we beat the rush and it was quiet the whole time we were there. We were seated fairly quickly and the view looking over the lake was spectacular!One of the things that was a bit confusing was the bar/dinner menu. There was food on the website that was not on the dinner menu. Is there a separate menu and separate drink specials just for the bar?? This is very unclear by looking at the website but we didn’t get happy hour drink prices in the restaurant.My husband and I both ordered the fish— he ordered it battered and I ordered it blackened— his with fries and mine with garlic mashed potatoes. Our dinners also came with the house veg (asparagus) and dinner salads. The fish was $19.95. We both really enjoyed our food!! The fish was giant and cooked perfectly! The batter on the fish was perfectly light. We would definitely return for the fish!The service was okay… it took a while for our waitress to check on us after we got our food and it seemed they were busy setting up tables for the evening. Also, I do think it’s unprofessional for service staff to be on their phones in the dining room.Even with these hiccups we will return because the food was that good.

It was a busy Friday night when we were there but the food, service, and beverages were still very good. I had the walleye special and it was flaky on the inside with just the right amount of crispiness on the outside. I'll probably go back and try some of their other dishes.

I had the fillet steak with lobster bisque. Everything was delicious!This was the best steak I have ever had in my life. Cooked to perfection the sauce was perfect. Wow I will be back here for sure. It was a long wait for food but well worth it.

We went to check it out after finding out our favorite old fashoin master and cook from Connells went here after Connells closing, and it was my Granddaughters birthday celebration. Neither were working ?Everything was great. Prices on steak dinners were a little steep. It's not the old Connells of Wissota before it was sold and went downhill, but we will be back. For the food, drinks, and to see Neil and Mike!

We hired Wissota lodge catering for our wedding on 8/5/2023. I can’t enough how amazing Dave and Jack were. They went above and beyond to make sure our day went smoothly! From the service the banquet servers provided to the food, everything was amazing. They provide reasonable pricing with 5 star service. If you are looking for catering for a large or small banquet I highly recommend reaching out to Wissota Lodge, you won’t regret it!

Second visit here and it was quite nice. Sat outside on a beautiful Friday summer night. Friendly staff Sammy was our wait staff assisted by owner's daughter Lexi. I had the blackened walleye and it was delicious! Sides were perfect. My husband had Caesar salad with chicken and enjoyed his as well. Drinks were tasty. We will be back!

It was our first time at the Wissota Lodge for dinner tonight, and we will definitely be back. We had amazing service from beginning to end. We had jalapeño poppers for an appetizer that had some kick to them but were the best I've had around this area. I went with the Chicken breast with a creamy gouda sauce, garlic mashed, and asparagus. It was an excellent choice, very flavorful, and light. We are looking forward to our next time at the lodge! Thank you for the excellent service!
