We stopped at Wissota Lodge for the first time on Friday night as it’s close to our house and on the way home from work. At 4pm we beat the rush and it was quiet the whole time we were there. We were seated fairly quickly and the view looking over the lake was spectacular!One of the things that was a bit confusing was the bar/dinner menu. I had the fillet steak with lobster bisque. Everything was delicious!This was the best steak I have ever had in my life. Cooked to perfection the sauce was perfect. Wow I will be back here for sure. It was a long wait for food but well worth it.

Neil started our evening with excellent drinks and a friendly welcome. We got to experience an excellent sunset from the perfect spot at the Lodge. Then the food... excellent, bellisimo, superior. The only thing I would request is that the service be quicker and the server more attentive. I highly recommend LAKE WISSOTA LODGE!
