We have eaten at Wissota High Shores and its always been great, but not this time. Our service was excellent as usual and the salad bar was excellent. The fish was very subpar. My fish was the size of small Crappie fillets but worse it had connective tissue on the fillet that made it difficult to cut. For the first time we were disappointed.
Excellent food, atmosphere, and service as always on our Saturday night dinner for my Dad's 79th birthday. The prime rib was perfect and of course the salad bar and soups were outstanding as always. We even got a nice little happy birthday song and brownie & ice cream dessert which was a perfect ending on a great dinning experience.
The food and our waitress were wonderful. They were short on wait staff so the manager was handling hostess duties. She checked us in and said it would be a few minutes. If we would like a drink at the bar, she would come get us. Several other groups came in and were seated ahead of us. I had to go to the hostess stand to check on a table.
