We had our first dinner at Max’s last night! I cannot say enough about the service and the food! Max and his daughter cooked us the most wonderful meal and our server Erica was amazing at her job! Thank you so much! We had a great time! ❤️

The service and cocktails were absolutely incredible. The food was so disappointing. The filet wasn't seasoned and was overdone. the Sea bass also wasn't seasoned and was rubbery. I would have sent my fish back too if we didn't already send the steak back since it was over done. Rice and beans as a side given the price point was surprising. The desserts were the only reason for the 2 star rating for food - they were amazing. A friend of mine had the enchiladas...

Started with the crab cake. I wish I had taken a picture as it looked amazing and tasted even better! My husband and I shared one and it was a perfect appetizer for us to share as it was quite large.
The meal itself was wonderful. The staff helped me find a dairy-free option (allergy) which was lovely. We had missed lunch so an early supper was just the ticket and we left full up!!
