Waited in line for maybe a little over 10 minutes for a special seasonal drink and was given it for free for “the long wait”:) made my night! The woman at the window (1/8/26 6:10 pm) apologized for the wait as well! Overall so sweet and will definitely be coming back!

Another Update: Why is it so difficult to get the right type of hot sauce packets? When I ordered I asked for “Hot Sauce” and the person taking my order even repeated those words back to me, yet in my bag was all Mild Sauces. I’m not even complaining that no Taco Bell employee at this location has ever counted the number of packets ever, I get it, counting is hard and it takes time. Choosing to grab from the correct bin though? Too much to ask? I mean, it doesn’t...

Come in the morning and the food is always hot and fresh!! Very friendly workers with good customer service!! Lobby had nice music and multiple options for seating!! Will be coming back :)
