We dined here for the first time this past weekend. It was amazing. The shareable appetizers were great and the wine choices, awesome. It was early and happy hour specials were in place for drinks and appetizers. I had the petite filet and my husband the sea bass, which he said was the best he has ever had. The steak was perfectly done. We shared the asparagus and whipped potatoes, with plenty to also bring home. They treated us to a slice of carrot cake for our anniversary to...

First and foremost Steaks are amazing!!!! The sides are just okay honestly, at most. Take note that everything is sold individually. We had a wide variety of sides, as I was curious knowing the reputation of the restaurant and there weren't any that were as good as I'd hope.

First time here. We were up from Milwaukee for a family birthday. Normally, we would go to a steakhouse in Eau Claire, but with a recent move to Chippewa Falls, we wanted to try something closer. The Chophouse had good reviews, so we gave it a try. (Spoiler — it was a delightful meal!)

The Wissota Chophouse is inside the Cobblestone Hotel. It has a separate entrance that leads right into the dining room. It's not a very big space, but the table arrangements...
