Ate here for the first time tonight. I got a burrito as big as my head for $13. I ate maybe 1/6 of it. I definitely have food for the next 2 days at least. On top of being affordable, it was also delicious. Was pleasantly surprised to find chips and salsa in my take home bag. Had not been expecting that. Can't wait to go back and try other things!

La Guacamaya was awesome! I went for the ceviche and my hubby had the chicken con queso. The ceviche was super fresh. The crispy tortilla chips were the perfect side.The chicken con queso is always a hit with my husband. The chicken was juicy and the cheese sauce was so creamy and delicious. The rice and beans on the side were spot on.
A pleasant surprise; in this little town, excellent food, and authentic, as good or better than the 20+ restaurants in Mexican town in Detroit. Huge portions of food too, plan on taking some home if you go.

Had another excellent meal at La Guacamaya in Clinton, WI. It's a family-run business, staffed by the family, all the way down to the littles. And the kiddos are doing a great job learning about customer service and developing a great work ethic. The kiddos seat you, get your chips and salsa and drinks, and stop by every so often to see "if you need anything else".

Awesome family owned and operated restaurant. Authentic Mexican food with a very large menu. Absolutely delicious food. Nothing beats chorizo and steak tacos on corn tortillas with onion, cilantro and cheese.
This is an absolutely wonderful Mexican restaurant. It's family owned and operated. The food is delicious and the owners and their children are very nice and a joy to talk with!!!

This place has got it going on!!!! So worth the drive into Clinton if you're from out of town!!! Prices super reasonable and you get a TON of food! I walked out of there full! Got shrimp enchiladas, a fish taco, grilled jalapeno, margaritas, and my brother got birria! So authentic and family run with the sweetest staff members! I was beyond happy and I only wish this place was downtown when I was in high school! Thanks so much you guys! Keep it up!

Everything my family ordered was delicious. Freshly prepared, nice portions, and eye watering presentations. Margaritas could be a prefection crafted a little better. 2 for 20, and was expecting a better buzz. Definitely needed more tequila ?. But, I'll definitely be back to see if they changed. The family that runs the place were extremely quiet, friendly, and delivered exceptional service throughout the meal. Agree with other posts that this place is a tasteful, unique, 1 of a kind hidden gem for Mexican food. I highly recommend stopping in if your near by... you won't be disappointed.
