“My husband and I are foodies stuck in the Midwest. We go to all the bars and have all the same Sysco food with a different name slapped on it. We've had all the bottled Bloody Mixes. All the pizzas with sauce out of a can. Thank goodness for Good Time Charlie's!!! They don't need a hype team like the new place (Vault *cough*) in town with mediocre food at big city prices. A place where you can't leave an honest review about how over hyped and disappointing it is. Here at Good Time Charlie's you can tell food their passion. Taking your basic Bloody Mary, Pizza, Burger, Chicken Sandwich, and even French fries (try the garlic fries!!) to the next level of flavor. Yes, flavor in Wisconsin! My husband and I still explore other places hoping to find another gem, not wanting to get stuck in a rut, but we always question afterwards why we didn't just stick with what's proven to be delicious. Whether you want to eat, drink, or just hang out, you won't be disappointed. Unless you want high prices and food made without passion, then I can suggest many other options.”

“Great atmosphere every time I’m there! Food is great, owners are awesome! In the winter they have the fire place going. If you say it’s your first time there they will get the Oxbow Virgin attire out so be careful!! If you want a mixer that is more booze than soda, also the place to be!!”

“I was in town for WI Farm Tech Days. This was my favorite place to go have a beer after work. I loved the local home town feel. Ice Cold beer, great atmosphere. Everyone in this place treated me like I grew up there and they knew my Dad.”

“My husband and I absolutely LOVE ❤️ this place! We love the food, it is delicious and so fresh and hot, the veggies are large and crispy, the chicken is so tender and juicy and flavorful as well as the shrimp. We order twice a month. Prices are good too! We order the garlic chicken with vegetables and the garlic shrimp with vegetables. The owners are very friendly and sweet and they allow you to take as many cookies and condiments as you want and never push you to pay a tip. We are lifelongers here! It’s the only restaurant we go to outside of Priaml Eats in Cecil, WI”

“Outdoor and indoor dining available at this dive bar. Plenty of docks to park the boat. Had the fish fry one night and the appetizer sampler the next day. Food and service were excellent, and the outdoor dining was dog-friendly.”

“First trip with grandpa, GiGi, and Norah. Food was amazing as always. Staff was great. Dining room and restrooms were clean. Only complaint is came in for curd burger which was suppose to last all month but was sold out. That’s two years now that they sell out. All Culvers not just Clintonville. It’s Wisconsin for petes sake. They need to at least need to triple order. Maybe we can catch it next year. 😢”
