I'll stop during happy hour once in a while. Their drink prices are more reasonable than any place in Clintonville. The bartenders are nice and friendly to everyone, not just the regulars.

Delicious food and friendly staff! We visit almost every Monday night for the burger special, and the wings and pizza are also favorites! If you haven't been to Phil's, you're missing out!
