Went through the drive through for a cheeseburger and fries. Food was hot but they did not provide any napkins and I didn’t have any in my car. That’s complete laziness and poor customer service

This place consistently slaps, they never make the food wrong, the food taste good and they actually give me extra pickles when I ask for it, only compliant is that the onion rings are super thin, apart from that I love the place, keep it up!

My husband and I went to clintonville culvers drive thru with a buy one get one free double deluxe coupon. To the say the least I am thoroughly disappointed and angry would be an understatement. We ordered two double deluxes one without a bun and added a patty on the side. When getting to the window the employee said that the coupon isn't valid because it's not two doubles but a triple and a double. When explaining that the additional patty I would pay for and it can be on the side that it would have the made the coupon valid. Instead the employee had to get two other employees which happened to be mangers involved using being new as an excuse. They than changed the order to make it two double deluxes and an additional single burger without a bun instead of ringing us up for an additional patty which made us pay almost $5 more. But what makes this even worse is that we didn't even get the additional patty so that's $5 the clintonville culvers stole from us.

Culver's is our go to for fast food. Their buildings are always clean and you get what you pay for. They offer work to people with disabilities (which is really cool), so we have had our orders messed up, but they are very easy to work with and they always fix it. And of course, their frozen custard is second to none and amazing year-round:)
