Great atmosphere every time I’m there! Food is great, owners are awesome! In the winter they have the fire place going. If you say it’s your first time there they will get the Oxbow Virgin attire out so be careful!! If you want a mixer that is more booze than soda, also the place to be!!

The owner, Scott, is a great soul! Today I ran out of gas bringing my buddy to the ER and Scott pulled up and gave me a ride to get gas. I love meeting people who help other people! Please stop in and have a drink with Scott and his wife. Support the kind, selfless people of this world!

What a great experience visiting the Oxbow Bar for the first time! I have always heard the great stories & fun about the food & small town, local bar tucked in the remote woods in Wisconsin.I lost my "Oxbow virginity" that night. See pictures; special hat, necklace award and posed for pictures for this tradition, for all first time visitors at the Oxbow.Wonderful owner operators on site. Great service, friendly staff and local customers.I'm a Detroit Lions fan & we were there to watch the Rams vs Seahawks game. Everyone was very nice even if they didn't like my Lions. That afternoon they had free chili, cheese, vegetables, sweets etc.Always call the Oxbow first before making plans to travel there. Owners are retired and only have the bar open a few days a week. Ask if they have food available that day. Food is not always available.
