Very good food, managers are very nice. Definitely a one of a kind place! The server does care alot about the job, she does seem quite shy.
They have revamped tge menu about a month ago. I really think this place has some great potential. A piece of honest advice for the owner would be to bring in some people to train the staff and help give some confidence and practice. I think with a little on the staff end this place will truly stand out.

Staff were very attentive to our needs. Bar suggested drinks and made with a smile. Waitress always cleared our dishes and offered dessert suggestions. Our food was flavorful but was only warm, not hot as I would expect a steak to come out of the kitchen. The interior was beautifully decorated.

Lazy waitress gave us our food didn't come back to see if everything was okay. we had a flag her down for another round of drinks. he had separate bills and she just set them all on a table in a pile and we had a sort them out. and she never cleared one dirty dish away when we were done

Excellent food. Had the prime rib and risotto. Seasoned perfectly. The service was a little clunky, but quick. The lighting was very bright and too fluorescent. Nice touches of keeping the historic bank alive though.

The food was good, but the room we were in was too loud. Everything bounced off the walls and high ceilings. Need some noise cushioning. Main dining room the same. Also lots of flys in private space. Asked for a swatter and killed five while eating.

Excellent location. Really unique and special. Two of us got a ribeye and two pork chops. Both were hearty sizes. Probably the biggest and possibly best pork chops I've ever had. Definitely recommend trying this place out.

The place itself is beautiful, and it has the potential to be an upscale dining experience — but the service and food completely ruined it.
Our server seemed uninterested from the start, walking away three different times in the middle of taking our order. When I asked for silverware (there was none when my food arrived), she rolled her eyes and then walked over to chat with friends instead of helping. I waited several minutes, thinking maybe she went to get it — she did not.
I tried to order an appetizer, but they were out of all three I picked. Then I tried to order an entrée, and they told me they couldn’t make two of them and were out of the other one. I finally settled on the truffle pasta. The truffle pasta was extremely oily, with a gritty texture that made it unpleasant to eat with an imitation truffle flavor. I also ordered the risotto — it was crunchy and lacked flavor. They also had a soup and salad bar that was extremely limited and was not being refilled. Unfortunately, I only had a couple bites of everything as most of their food was unedible. Overall, I left frustrated and still hungry. Definitely won’t be coming back, and I do NOT recommend it to anyone. Beautiful space, but poor service and poorly executed food.
4 of us went out for our friends birthday, we started with the duck quesadilla. That was delicious, but after that nothing was great. Salad bar spit shield is so low that you have to be a little person to reach across it. 3 of us ordered steak (I don’t remember what cut). All steaks were overcooked. The baby reds were disgusting. I don’t know what was put on them but it wasn’t good. I had the truffle pasta with chicken. The pasta was swimming in a sea of oil. Absolutely disgusting. Don’t wear a new shirt if you eat truffle pasta. You will wreck it no matter how hard you try with the amount of oil that’s in that dish. Needless to say we will not be back. Way overpriced for the garbage you get.

First time trying The Vault and everything was perfect! The autumn crostinis are actually to die for, and should really be made into a permanent menu option 😉 I had the duck quesadilla and French onion soup and my husband had the vault burger with loaded fries. I had a Harry Potter butterbeer and a very cherry old fashion to drink. I’m so happy to see Clintonville has a spot with a fun drink menu! We also went during happy hour and got a nice discount off of our bill. Definitely will try again!

We had a group of six, that they put in the back dining room and basically forgot about us. Besides it being freezing in there, all our dinners were awful and cold. All of us work in the service industry and can understand a few things happening, but to all of us? Best of luck, but none of us will be back

The food was delicious with a clear understanding from the chef on how to make their dishes stand out. The prime rib had good seasoning and the au jus was more flavorful than other restaurants. The Parmesan risotto was perfectly cooked and the depth of flavor was well balanced. The service was good and what you’d expect for a new restaurant and a new waitress, which will likely improve with time.
