Their prime rib is typically the best. I ordered two prime ribs today for carry out and asked for medium rare. When I received them, both were overdone. The explanation was that the prime rib cooks further in the takeout box. Nevertheless, it's puzzling that both prime ribs were bone dry. This has never happened before when I ordered to-go. I waited an hour before my order was called. Phone orders were going out faster than anyone waiting on the dining room. my fries were cold. my shrimp was cold. they waited for the entire dining section to clear before calling orders. the ordering and order calling system is confusing and we had to ask other customers who had previously been there to figure out how to even pay as the bartenders were extremely unhelpful.
