Came here on a Saturday at 4:30 had a burger that I found to be really good. When I tell you that the people piled in for prime rib, To be served at 5:00. The amount of people that told me I need to come back and try the prime rib was unreal.
Their prime rib is typically the best. I ordered two prime ribs today for carry out and asked for medium rare. When I received them, both were overdone. The explanation was that the prime rib cooks further in the takeout box. Nevertheless, it's puzzling that both prime ribs were bone dry. This has never happened before when I ordered to-go. The prime rib I had last time was seasoned well, but these had no flavor. As someone who eats here multiple times a year, this was disappointing....
It's a small tavern in Clyman but dang they know how to serve food.
Great price, big portion, very juicy.
Try the BLT and watch your eyes pop out.
