We take a motorcycle ride to Coleman once a week just to eat at El Vaquero. Terrific food and wonderful staff. Lots of good choices in Coleman but if you have not tried El Vaquero, I highly recommend.
Please don’t let the building slow you down from stopping here! The building is certainly a work in progress! The food coming out of that kitchen is delicious!!! I got the chicken fajitas and they were amazing! They don’t skimp you!! Well worth the price! Flavor town is where you will go if you stop here! Again the building is a diamond in the rough, but the food is authentic and delicious.
Thank you for an amazing celebration for my birthday. You went out of your way to have our table decorated. The food was awesome. Definitely will be going back
