“This was my first time trying Marko's Smoking BBQ, and it was absolutely worth the drive to Collins!

We catered a BBQ lunch for about 70 people, and everything was a huge success. I picked up the pulled pork and pulled chicken the day before, then simply warmed it up on the day of the party. It couldn't have been easier. Marko's even included two jars of their delicious BBQ sauce, and they gave us enough food to feed the neighborhood! Everyone went back for seconds, and we received so many compliments on the meal.

Thank you for helping make our BBQ lunch such a success. Great food, generous portions, and excellent service from start to finish. I highly recommend making the trip to Collins for Marko's Smoking BBQ.
