Miller's Hillside Pub Reviews
Great atmosphere, and the friendliest staff. Delicious pizza, and burgers. I’ve also had the prime rib, and the Saturday special ribeye, but unfortunately wish I would have gone with a burger each time instead. Seasoned great, but I ordered medium, and got well done. Thought one time would be a fluke, but it was both times, and different days months apart. If well done is your preference, you’ll love it. Otherwise literally everything else is a solid 10/10.
We ate there yesterday and the chili was very yummy! Your jalapeno popper pizza was absolutely amazing!!! Our family will return to try more menu items. Thanks for the great food and service!
I was there for the first time and everyone was great. Dan and Nancy are so friendly. Dan has wonderful stories. The food is delicious and all homemade. Oh yeah, and Mike is everything you want in a bartender (except being hot).

Miller's Hillside Pub is a clean and friendly place with delicious homemade food. The bartenders are kind and attentive, making everyone feel welcome. The bar offers a great selection of beer and alcohol, with amazing Buffalo chicken egg rolls as a highlight. The menu has expanded to include items like the "cardiac" burger, topped with an egg and bacon, and a new Gluten Free Pizza crust that has awesome flavor, cheese, and sauce. Renovated with a public service theme, the spacious bar has a mix of tables and booths adorned with neat firefighting decor. Live music, karaoke, and trivia nights make it a great addition to the area. Recently, the pub hosted a fundraising event for the American Legion Post 343, receiving praise for the caring and attentive staff. It is noted as a great stop for some incredible fresh, homemade pizza and amazing burgers. Families and friends can enjoy the great food and service while appreciating the atmosphere created by owners Dan and Nancy and their dedicated staff. The pub also features a well-stocked bar, and the place is always kept very clean and smoke-free. Visitors have enjoyed chatting with the bartender and trying homemade soups. It’s a cozy spot with plenty of patriotic decorations honoring first responders and heroes. The burgers, especially, are highly recommended, and the variety of food options makes it a perfect place to watch a game or simply relax. Many guests find it a great halfway meeting spot between Wausau and Deforest and plan to return for more of the delicious food and friendly service.
