Decided to treat myself to a hot meal after a night of rain while camping at Brunet Island State Park. Sam’s Place is THE place to have a lovingly prepared, delicious meal. The chicken and dumpling soup was homemade and the chicken was shredded white and dark meat. It was perfect. I ordered a burger and fries and everything came out hot. My family and I enjoyed Sam's food from the food truck at Cornell Floatilla this weekend. I had the bacon cheeseburger and loved it. Great flavor and good portion size. The Gyros and California burger were also great.

Sam and Phil do an excellent job and serve fabulous food! Pork Steak and Dumplings, Fish Fry and Burgers are excellent! If you like Blue cheese get the BaconBlue burger! Oh my gosh! Oh and have a chocolate shake too! Will not be disappointec!!
