The lady working today not sure of her name but she was the sweetest lady I’ve had serve us in a long time. Gold stars all around. Sandwiches were bomb. Just what we needed after camping at brunet island.
My sub was alright (wrapped messy/corner of sub not covered) but thought it was strange that BOTH employees were not wearing face masks or shields while assembling my sub or serving multiple customers from different groups. Regardless of how one personally feels on this issue, it is an ongoing health issue/state mandate and these employees are the face of the company/franchise and should follow protocol. Is washing your hands after visiting the restroom also optional here?

We usually make an online order so we can just go get it and leave. But when I went to pickit up it wasn't even started. Our Order should have been done. I get if the person might be new but someone needs to tell the employees that if an online order comes in it should be done in the order with people coming in . The order was put in before they had came in . We usually don't have alot of problems but I should not have had to wait!
