I've been here a lot usually not to bad, the sandwiches usually tend to get smushed more then necessary, today in particular though when I went in they used a dirty knife to cut my sandwich which was kinda gross, I could actual see the sauce on the knife. Also my sprite was water.

We usually make an online order so we can just go get it and leave. But when I went to pickit up it wasn't even started. Our Order should have been done. I get if the person might be new but someone needs to tell the employees that if an online order comes in it should be done in the order with people coming in . The order was put in before they had came in . We usually don't have alot of problems but I should not have had to wait!

Service very slow. I was there 20 minutes and there were only 2 people ahead of me. When employee got to me she had to text on her phone before she could take my order and there were 4 other people standing behind me. Besides my rant on poor service the sandwich was good bread could have been cooked longer.
Great place to stop at and have ice cream. Friendly staff and owners!!

I was there at noon, should be fresh bread. My sub was so dry and hard, couldn't believe she would have even served it.

Order was taken good. However one of the meals bread got flattened when an attempt was cutting and part was dropped on floor with no remors. Just had to get out before shouting arupted. Maybe if there were better knives.
