The service at most Cinnabon stores stinks lately due to understaffed venues. The Cinnabon in Gurnee Mills Mall in Gurnee Illinois is just AWFUL. We waited over 20 minutes for service and not a soul was available. The place had product out for purchase and lights on but not one person to take an order.

Oddly located in the side entrance of a BP gas station, this CB has everything. Sticky buns, fresh rolls, and a smell that permeates the entire building.

Man I asked for an americano with ice and the lady said there was none left 3 times I went there and there was churros and she didn’t want me to get one and said it was apple fritters when it’s clearly churros so I picked up the ones on the side and my god it was old! Like old churros dry and hard like I don’t think that lady should work there if she don’t know what’s she doing!

TERRIBLE! Hard and dry, they had to have been several days old. So disappointed
Pretty good, I would say the rolls were not super fresh but still good. The little cinna sweet things were not very good. The strawberry chillata was missing something like chunks of strawberry maybe. Overall a good experiance.
