Pretty good, I would say the rolls were not super fresh but still good. The little cinna sweet things were not very good. The strawberry chillata was missing something like chunks of strawberry maybe. Overall a good experiance.
If you go there early in the morning, you can get pretty much what you want. But, everytime I go there between 9am & 10am, they don't have ANY Bigger rolls ready. NEVER--and I'm a regular. The staff is very nice. I just don't know what the hold up is. Is there something the owner can do to to have this operation run normal?

The service at most Cinnabon stores stinks lately due to understaffed venues. The Cinnabon in Gurnee Mills Mall in Gurnee Illinois is just AWFUL. We waited over 20 minutes for service and not a soul was available. The place had product out for purchase and lights on but not one person to take an order.
