Everyone I know who’s worked there absolutely hates it. Not only that tonight marks the 5th time the staff have forgotten items/messed up the orders. My partner is allergic to tomatoes always orders burgers without. Never seems to be an issue anywhere other than this location. Food service is hard but when someone orders something and you mess up, it’s usually because of lack of attention or training. And instead of just giving that mistake to people, just remake it! its worth the wait rather than making a meal someone paid for completely inedible for them. It makes me a bit mad this is a continual problem.

Stopped by. They were busy and training lots of kids. Slight error in ordering but they made it right. I really appreciate them taking time to fix the issue quickly and explained. No place is perfect and I’m impressed that they recovered well. Thanks.

Used to always have great fast food. Burgers are still really good but I don't eat much beef, and their new chicken tastes cheap and rubbery. Bummer because my wife and I used to get their chicken cashew salad frequently, but after having it with the new chicken we'll unfortunately mostly be done with Culvers.

Was very crowded. The food was not good this time. My friend had a burger and said it had a bad taste. I had a strawberry smoothie. The fruit they used was not good. We are not going back there.

Placed a order on DoorDash and they gave it to the “wrong driver”; Different day placed a new order and they forgot the fries; I never had a order from Culvers where they forget the fries; might as well go to Sun Prairie

Culver's is always a decent choice for food. For us, many times it's a good place to visit with family while we all enjoy a burger, chicken or salad. And of course leave room for the frozen custard!
Waited 20 minutes for 1 kids meal and when I asked for a sauce they said 42 cents guy a the counter has no customer service skills just looks angry and lifeless maybe get a new job if you can’t show good customer service skills, food was good but with a wait that long they shouldn’t expect us to pay for a single sauce lol that should’ve been curtesy
