Well I guess lesson learned, I should know from past experiences to check my order before leaving, but really how hard is it to het a hamburger double with Xtra ketchup, xtra mustard and xtra pickles wrong. Well they seem to everytime, got home sit down to eat and Well that was a fricken waste!!! Burger has 3 pickles little ketchup or mustard and a crap ton of onions which I am allergic to so not like I can even take them off and eat the damn burger!!! I guess it's time I move on to a different location but they all seem to be getting worse and worse lately!!! It's sad because culvers used to be one of my go tos but not much anymore!! Do better!
Update: Well it has been sometime so I decided to give this location another chance and yet proved Im done and will not give them another chance. Got an order today get home sit down to eat it and the burger is raw!! You can tell looking at the one side of the burger that it is raw so now I am done will never again go to culvers!!

We arrived after attending the Wisconsin High School D1 football game. Culver's was packed, so we went through the drive through and placed order for 8 of us. Our food was hot and delicious. Plus, it took less time than we expected. I went inside to thanks the staff. It was organized chaos with smiles and amazing customer service!
Came here after a doctors appointment with two little ones, who were a bit cranky after a check up and missing a nap. Everyone was so kind and friendly. Special shoutout to Charlie, who is really smart and does an excellent job keeping the dining area clean and interacting with customers. What a great team members you have!

I was there tonight (10-16-25) with my family. We all ordered together. The first gentleman who helped us was very polite, making sure to mark down when I told him I had a gluten allergy. When I went back up to get a shake, the lady that helped me was incredibly rude. Rolled her eyes at me when I tried to make sure that I got a regular shake, no malt powder because malt has gluten in it and didn't notate the allergy. The guy who made the shake didn't clean the mixer between the one before mine and mine. I told him I have a gluten allergy and he remade it, but still didn't clean the blender between the shakes. I've been sick for 2 straight hours now because the lady didn't notate it and the guy making the shakes didn't clean the blender. 😭🤢🤕 DON'T go here if you have an allergy. They don't take it seriously.
