food was good, the service is terrible. I literally ordered 4 sandwiches, and a pickle. The guy behind the counter makes the food, walks over, hands them to me, and says there's bags right there if you want them. So I had to bag my own food...why? oh, and the kicker, I am supposed to tip for this "service." this restaurant is in need of adult supervision, and training.

The food is good. But some time in the last 6 months I suspect maybe a management change resulted in much, much slower service. Sitting in an unmoving drive-thru line as I write this. I may visit less frequently.

better than classic subs. very delicious, quick prep and pickup. Quality meats and cheese. crispy fresh veggies, tasty breads that taste like bread and not sugar. Jimmy Johns sandwiches are 5 star.
