Waited for over 30 mins for 3 dishes. Wasn’t until 20 mins of waiting they put the first thing the store had put out while we were there. Manager was visible frustrated at some many people waiting. Lobby was full of patrons.food was ICE COLD- too bad we had to get it to go due to it taking so long. She became more upset when a group asked for a refund due to the soda machine not functioning. First time at this location will certainly be the last. Didn’t even get an apology for the food taking over 30 mins.

Extremely slow. Also, the group of 3 behind us stood there for a good 10 minutes while the cashier took about 5 minutes printing out my receipt. The asked for buttered noodles and the front cashier said "We don't have those here" ? Love noodles and company, but this location is terrible.

I came here on a Monday and ordered a chicken parmesan at 11:20. The one guy ahead of me got his food within 5 minutes I then sat around for 25 minutes while they served the three people who came in 15 minutes after I did. When I went to the register to ask she didn't see the chicken parmesan sitting on the shelf and she hastily gave it to me and it's cold. Don't go here.

The food was fine. The service was OK even though my order was incorrect once I got home. However, the thing that shocked me the most was that none of the people handling food wore gloves? Now I had noticed this the last time I was there. Found it strange that it wasn’t a corporate mandate to wear gloves, especially when the food preps are so visible to the public. But during my visit today, there was a young lady with several face piercings. Who was Fussing with her lip ring with bare hands. Attempting to put it back in her lip. Who did wash her hands after doing so. But did not wear gloves and went right back to preparing food with her bare hands. I find it unusual that it is not required by noodles and Company for their employees who handle food to wear hand protection? Very odd. Plus it’s a major turn off.

The food was fantastic and it was done very quickly. I went inside and ordered take-out. Their soda machine was out of service, so I had to go somewhere else for a drink since I was eating on the road.The other issue was the bathroom. It appeared clean, but it smelled like a barnyard. Not like someone had just used the bathroom, but like there was an issue they needed to have fixed. It was really foul.

Portion was very small. Noodles were minimal in my order. Also, the noodles were not fully cooked. Also the drive-through was not open and they stated we needed to pay in front of them. I ordered so I could go through the drive-through to be quicker, but had to wait in line behind everyone else to pay for my order so ordering ahead of time did nothing.
