Food and service were excellent. Tip expectations up to 30 percent were unreasonable expressions in billing.

Tenderloin was rotten. They made me a replacement and that was rotten as well. This is the 2nd bad meal here. I should have learn the first time.

Went to lunch for Mothers day. Was able to choose our seat was seated very quickly. The waitress was very kind but we sat there well over an hour and 15 mins for a broasted chicken and a walleye plate . The waitress told us no bones would be in the fish there were bones all in the fish and the chicken was rubbery we couldn't even eat them . We paid and expected the Mom's rose but was never given or told about it by our waitress. Big reason we went there to eat was the rose 🌹. I paid 80$ in total for this experience and I would NOT eat there again ... atleast it was a beautiful view

We hadn't had a good steak in ages and heard of Waters Edge Lodge so on a recent rainy Saturday evening we made the 20 minute trip to check it out. We were not disappointed, the steaks were generous, mouth watering flavorful and tender. The atmosphere was very comfortable, the view of Lake Lucerne enjoyable with the conversation leading us to plan another visit during the summer. If you are in the Crandon area you have to treat yourself to a hearty meal and salad bar at the Waters Edge Lodge.

The place is newly remodeled and is clean and modern. (I was expecting a dive). I went for lunch and the food was good. the prices are a tad high for what you get.

We went on Friday evening. It was nice that they stay open late even off-season. The service was excellent from the host to the bus person. We had fish. It came with soup and salad bar. Three pieces of fish, honest to much food. The coating needed a little salt and I like rye bread or rolls with fish, a minor thing. We will go again when we are up North.

Other then the beautiful view of the lake nothing else impressed me. Stopped for lunch and was handed the menu....Everything we wanted to order we were told wasn't available until 4pm. A little suggestion.. have a separate lunch menu then so I'm not choosing things not available. No sunday special available, no soup or salad available at lunch. We had a group of 7 people and ordered on three different tickets. Our food all came out separately and not together, one person was done 10 minutes before the last few even had food! Food was overpriced and just average in flavor.
