My wife has been on a supper club kick lately and a lot of them have been very underwhelming. As a result, my expectations were relatively low for Waters Edge, but it far exceeded them.
It has a beautiful lake view, and comfortable bar area where we waited for our table. The wait wasn’t very long, especially for a Labor Day weekend Friday night. My waitress took my drink order and delivered it exactly as requested. Our meal came out relatively quickly and everything was delicious- curds, onion rings, pizza, mushroom & Swiss burger were all top notch and the price for dinner was an absolute bargain! I’ll be back for sure!

Seems like a typical Northwoods type of place. We chose this location because of the water show. You need reservations if you want seating outside where you can see the performance. The water show was very good.
However, the food quality leaves much to be desired. There’s very little flavor in their food. We had a burger that comes plain and had no seasoning during cooking. We also had the Tenderloin Steak and it was hard to believe that they could get so little flavor out of a steak.
Service was slow, but to be fair they are super busy on water show nights and it’s hard for the servers to keep up. Our server was doing the best she could.
I would only return if it was on a water show night. Otherwise, there’s no reason to go for the food.

Always love coming here! The soup & salad bar is fantastic, the servers and bartenders are kind and knowledgeable, and the food is great. Loved our broasted chicken and cocktails. New menus look much better!

Wife and i stopped in for dinner on 7/20/25. Absolutely poor service!! Had to wait approximately 30 mins. For a drink and it took almost a hour to get our food that was served with no silverware. Had to ask 3 different people for silverware. By then food was cooling down. Turns out temperature really didnt matter as the so called stuffed shrimp was awful and was served with 5 tiny fried potatoes. Wife had sno crab legs that were like rubber!! Horrible experience, and over priced on top of it.
