If you’re anywhere near Crivitz and even remotely a fan of barbecue, Smoke and Spice is an absolute must-visit. I had the ribs—and let me tell you, they were next-level tender. The meat practically falls off the bone the moment your fork touches it, no knife necessary. You can tell these ribs have been slow-smoked with care and seasoned to perfection.
