Anytime were coming through Cumberland this is a must stop. Beautiful spot on the lake and great food. The salads are a breathe of fresh air for this region.
Was very excited to try this place, many of the items from their small menu were sold out on a Friday during lunch. Server was slow to respond and when our food finally made it, they had run out of blue cheese dressing, added water to the bottle and premixed my salad. So I had a pile of wet lettuce with no flavor, and stale croutons, the waitress never came back to ask if we needed anything, like water! My husband had a dry chicken sandwich. We did mention it and I did get 1/2 off my stale pile of wet lettuce. But 35.00 later we ended up leaving disappointed. Would highly recommend you eat at any other establishment.
Was nice to receive a large portion of cheese curds instead of some small basket like some restaurants do my burger was great right next to the fishing dock, which is nice
Excellent burgers!
Louie's on the Lake is always a good choice. They always have wonderful food. Great Soups, and Daily Specials. I wish there would be one closer to our house.
The kitchen was very, very slow and the wait staff had to apologize to every table around us. They had to comp meals and even offered free desert. I appreciated everything the wait staff did to try to make it right. Unfortunately, it took almost an hour to get a salad and a sandwich. Mind you there were only 6 other tables with patrons, so it wasn’t busy. People just got up and walked away. An awful dining experience and a waste of time to be frank. I will not be going back and wouldn’t recommend.
Great staff and food!!

We were traveling and got fish to go for the way home. It was absolutely amazing! They also have blueberry fritter bread. It's $9 a loaf but well worth the price. This is a must stop!!!

Like the food, service and outdoor seating area. Their alcoholic beverages are expensive though compared to other places in Wisconsin. So that turned me off. Their beers are priced like Minnesota pricing.
