The sandwich I had was good, but the mango smoothie didn't taste like mango whatsoever. Didn't even have a hint of mango flavoring, just tasted like milk.

I’m not one to write reviews for anything, but this was absolutely ridiculous. I went in with my boyfriend a little bit before noon to grab a 2 small iced lattes. I get the lattes and it looks like each drink has MAYBE half of a shot of espresso in it and 95% milk. If you don’t want to put coffee in my drink, please don’t work at a coffee shop. We wanted to like this place so bad because we were visiting from out of town, but we will not be back to Peter and Annie’s anytime soon.

HORRIBLE!!!
I stopped in for breakfast, I ordered one piece of french toast, a side of bacon and a cup of coffee. The coffee was cold, I waited an hour and 45 minutes and finally asked the clerk if they put my order in; 10 more minutes it finally came out it; the french toast was cold and the bacon was so small and shriveled up it didn’t even look like bacon, it was sitting in a pool of grease!!! The clerk was sooo rude when I mentioned my 2 hour wait for breakfast was not even warm!!
Don’t waste your time or money!
Cool little stop I make every time I'm in town. They have lots of great coffee, tea and drink options and their delicious soup comes with a nice warm cheddar biscuit. Highly recommend!!

The smoothie doesn't taste like mango at all and iced vanilla latte is too sweet and watery. I feel the reviews don't accurately depict what you'll actually receive. Do not recommend even a black cup of coffee from here sadly.

We drive through Cumberland every year on our way up for vacation and Peter &Annie's has become a must stop! Great coffee, great food and excellent service! My wife had the breakfast pizza and we both loved it! I've had the breakfast tacos and they were awesome! I wish we lived closer, we'd be here all the time!

Well well well, where do we start, let's just say simple food, bad service and the owners were arguing behind the counter, the service felt like we were bothering them, sorry won't be back!

Best coffee, great staff, and great prices. Love the girls there. And their food is delicious 😋
We stopped to check out the gluten free options and were so glad we did. Best gluten free cake doughnut we have had in years. I had the Rueben sandwich on the homemade gluten free bread and it was amazing. My daughter had the eggs and gluten free toast she loved it. We recommend if your near here stop by and check them out.
When we drive by Cumberland we stop here. The food was served hot and it was excellent. Also a cute little gift shop to look through while you are waiting for your food.
Ordered the Turkey BLT and it came with one thinly sliced piece of turkey. I couldn’t even taste the turkey and they charged $10.99 for it. I don’t understand. I like to support independent businesses but this one I cannot.
Great coffee and breakfast.
