We like to stop in here when we are camping in Danbury. Penny is our favorite waitress. She is a gem! The food is good and it is a comfortable atmosphere.

We stopped by just to give it a try, sooo glad we did. It is quaint- old school and amazing. The waiter is friendly and attentive. The portions are huge and the prices are far below others.
We had the jumbo shrimp which are HUGE and the prime rib, it covered the plate a f was made to perfection. The bugers were juicy.

I wish the new owner would have been more open minded to keeping the drive in and where he put the bar made that into a dinning room with a dry bar with no alcohol at all for family's drinking with little kiddos
Kid-friendliness: As it is a bar now not a drive in like it was before so as you can imagine that it is not a place of kids or is it family friendly at all and you can get more for your money at a real restaurant with a lot better food
