This a quintessential Wisconsin corner bar where neighbors come to watch the Packer games have a great burger and adult beverages. I love places like this. It may be your first time there but it feels like you've been coming here forever.
Friday fish fry was great, but they really need to work with a different merchant service as the 3.99% service charge for using a credit card is quite ridiculous. I recommend contacting Brittnie at One Community Bank in Waunakee to get in touch with a new merchant service provider that can eliminate the fee.
My favorite place to go for fish fry. I keep coming rain, shine, road construction, pandemic..Nothing keeps me away for long. Used to have the best clam chowder. The new recipe isn't quite as flavorful but still good. Pegs potato salad on the salad bar is pretty close to my moms recipe. The fish is so good the batter tastes like fried chicken.?
