“I went to the Green Bay location and it was extremely busy. I waited between 5 and 10 minutes for my server to come to my table because I think she was busy with a large party. But what happened after that made me feel like a celebrity! I had 2 managers come to me, one brought me my drink and took my order right away. I believe his name was Nathan. Then I had a different server tell me she was taking over for the original server. They all kept checking up on me, asking if I needed refills or anything, and I even got a desert on the house! The food was hot and delicious. I got the Chicken Alfredo. They all apologized for the wait several times. The hostess even came over. So what started off as a blunder really turned out nicely. I just wanted to say thank you. I knew it was busy and I could see after this happened it wasnt the norm.“

“I work for Innovative Care Services and today we took a group of about 20 out to eat at the buffet for lunch. Not only was the food amazing but our service was top notch! “Sammy's pizza could be the BEST pizza I've ever had from the delightful, crispy, thin crust to the roasted tomatoes! I also recommend the delicious cinnamon sticks for dessert. I travel to Green Bay every October, but may have to find an excuse to visit more often. Also, the waiter was excellent too!“

“Josephine’s has consistently amazing food and is one of our family’s favorite establishments. Tonight our server Ethan went above and beyond for us. I would also like to mentioned that we forgot my sons medicine on the table and Frank promptly found us on Facebook to let us know that he would be staying late to make sure we were able to pick it up. We had a rough day and the kindness of these strangers really helped us cope. I will always recommend Josephine’s.“
