“Excellent customer service! I had just driven 8 hours and called in for my order. The gentleman said that's no problem we can take a phone order and you don't have to go on our website. He transferred me who not only took my order, but she gave me a helpful hint as to how to save money with the order. Also, because I was driving she said to pay when I get to the restaurant and not to pull out my credit card while I was driving. An hour later I arrived at the restaurant my food was ready and I paid with no problem! They saved me a lot of time. Thank you for your wonderful customer service!“

“Victorias is by far our favorite Italian restaurant. We have been going there for 26 years. Birthdays, anniversaries, family gatherings. We have not had a meal that was not delightful, and the service is always top notch. If you have not visited, you should put it on your list. If you have been there you know what I’m talking about. You go once and you will go back.“

“The older gentleman with a pony tail was very friendly and patient while my son was deciding what he wanted. He also let my other son have a free chocolate milk, on the house. It is the little things in customer service that make it a wonderful visit. Thank you for the kind gesture.“
