My husband and I went to Olive Garden for Valentine’s Day. It was very busy but the staff was amazing and did well under pressure. However, our usual food we order wasn’t right. It tasted like it had been sitting there awhile and it just didn’t taste right. But on the bright side, the GM Abi, spoke to us and gave us our food for free and was so accommodating and amazing! One of the few restaurants I can order take out from and have an amazing meal. You have to pick it up but they will bring it out to your car. We ordered ravioli, salad and breadsticks. Everything arrived home the correct temperature and delicious.
Upside: You can't go wrong with the unlimited soup and salad! Downside: Lots of open tables but the hostess informed us we'd have a 20-25 minute wait due to low staffing. We opted to sit at the bar and order our food there. The bartender apologized and told us it was her first shift in the bar, due to staffing, and she'd do her best to help us.
