The drive thru basically wrapped around the entire building, so I went inside to order my large soda, after about 2 minutes, the nicest girl took my order and we were talking and I mentioned that I am a cna at a nursing home so I understand being short staffed, and being stressed out when things get hectic, she proceeded to thank me for being a cna! Young girl on the headset was rude. She told me that my code was used already as I just generated the code before I got in line. I overheard her manager telling her that their system was having issues. She basically said, too bad there is nothing I can do for you. At this point I couldn't generate a new code because of the 15 minute rule. I had to order something different for me and my kids. Do better McDonald's.

Ordered a head online. Drive thru was a little busy. Took less than 5 minutes to go thru food was right, fresh and hot. Big way to go for this McDonald'sWheelchair accessibility: Yes wheelchair accessible
