I usually eat at this place, but every time I go in I always overhear one of the managers bitching at one of their employees. if you're just going to constantly be rude to the people who work for you, I know that they're going to be cutting corners with the food because they don't want to be there. Not to mention that I, the customer, have to listen to it as well.I'm coming back in a month and if it isn't better I'm going to corporate. It's disgusting behavior. They don't even make a living wage. Stop it. There's no reason you can't treat your employees with dignity.

Ordered breakfast online and order went through and charged. Got to window at 10:34 and manger came to the window in defensive mode as if we had even complained. She was aggressive and rude and said she didnt have enough to fill our order. Breakfast was over at 10:30. Doesn't matter if online order went through. Some people order breakfast, she says, and want it at noon. We did not do anything to deserve the rude behavior. We asked if the refund would be issued and left. We were not confrontational at all.

App deals have gone down hill, and the burgers seem much smaller. It was OK, but when you get charged for a cup of water when ordering a full meal, it's a disappointment .

So I came right before close which I already felt bad about. But they all seemed annoyed which I could understand stand but the food was already made so it only took 2 minutes to get it out to me which I didn’t mind. My main issue is the fact that this kid that was working saw me see him right in the window and GRAB MY FRIES with his BARE HANDS and put it in my bag for me to eat… All while wiping his gloveless hands on his pants in between each grab. That was so gross so I won’t be coming here again. An 8 dollar meal wasted because after seeing that and the fact he did not care… I wouldn’t trust me or my son to eat here. And I will be warning others.

every time I go through this specific they always pour condiments on I can literally squeeze about a quarter cup worth of condiments on no matter how I order. when I mentioned it they replaced with even more on. these people are un-serious at their job and are passive-aggressive beware you will waste your money here smh.

Place is not the good ole McDonald's like it use to be . Back when food was actual food not byproducts of everything else. Food sucks employees are all ignorant and not worth $15 per hour like they wanted. Some even seem dirty when their working. Burgers don't look like burgers the meat is gray for christ sakes.

A "trainer" named Job took our order and not only did this trainer just appear completely unkempt with what appeared to be cat hair all over his shirt, he was completely disinterested in his job. Customer service should at least greet you, but this guy trains other people? I ordered, repeated my order and he rang it up wrong as what i said was not on my receipt right. I'm so sick of this. I don't know why i keep coming back, even if the playplace is good for my kids.Please train this "trainer" to actuality do his job right. He is one employee i would happily replace with the kiosk.Luckily a very nice lady fixed our problem and made it right quickly.

The drive thru basically wrapped around the entire building, so I went inside to order my large soda, after about 2 minutes, the nicest girl took my order and we were talking and I mentioned that I am a cna at a nursing home so I understand being short staffed, and being stressed out when things get hectic, she proceeded to thank me for being a cna! Made my day! Even with the drive thru being crazy, them being short on staff, she still managed to make me feel like a person! Thank you!
