I’d rate the food at 4 stars, especially the fluffy pancakes I ordered—light, soft, and topped with real blueberries, not the overly sweet pie filling you get at some places. The bacon was crispy and flavorful, not exactly the level of crisp I requested, but still very enjoyable and well‑prepared.The customer service is a full 5 stars. The staff is friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. You can tell they care about creating a positive experience for every guest.
The atmosphere also earns 5 stars. The restaurant is clean, cozy, and has that classic family‑friendly feel that makes you want to settle in and enjoy a slow, relaxing meal. “We visited for our first time yesterday. Food was fantastic however the dining room was disgusting. Everything was greasy and there was stuff all over the floor. I think we will be sticking to the drive-thru so we can at least eat great food in a clean place.“

“I’ve been going here since the old location. I usually get Heather and Papito around the times I go. Food is always quick, conversations great and always jokes to be had. My favorite burger (the only one I get and made into a turkey version) the raging Cajun is no longer on the menu, but they know that’s my same order with a side of Cajun/BBQ fries. The other servers I’ve had over the last couple summers as well have all been great as well. Cheers!“

“We had great chocolate shakes at Culver’s in Suamico, so decided to go again. Apparently, not all the employees are knowledgeable in how to make them. They should be made with vanilla custard, not chocolate. Ruined my evening since I do NOT like chocolate custard😔“

“The Richmond St. Taco John's is a landmark. So glad it's still there. But I have one criticism:
We go to Taco John's for nostalgia - tacos and 80s music! Where's the 80s? It can even be a mix of 80's and 90s, that's fine. Toss in a few modern tunes, that's cool, too.
But we want pop and rock music (emphasis on 80s) in our Taco John's! : )“

“I just stopped at the Westhill Road Appleton, WI location, only ordered a Tominator sandwich only, no Mayo, no onions, heavy pickles and Bravo! This burger was delicious, first time ever made with lots of pickles the way I like it. Normally when I ask for heavy pickles, I get three extra slices. This burger was awesome!“

“I love the chicken with pimento cheese (they need to make it a regular menu item instead of a specialty one. Fast and friendly (Chick-fil-A should hold a class on drive thru service, others can learn). I will keep going back as long as it keeps doing good.“

“You will note in my review I haven't put a rating on the atmosphere at this DQ thats because I have only used the drive thru service. When I go inside sometime I will update this review. But as for the service and food those have been excellent each of the 9 times I have been here in the last 11 months since I had family move to Neenah-Menasha. Always a friendly face at the drive thru and prompt service and unlike some DQs I have been to they keep there soft serve at the perfect temperature so it isn't melting on you 5 minutes after you get it and your having to eat it as fast as you can.“

“This is the greatest Arby's location I have ever been to! Emily and Dylan are the best! They really make you feel like family when you are there. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our party of 50 people. There was plenty of room for everyone & the buffet was always full. So many of the guests commented on how good the food was & how they have not been there in years. They will be back! The Kaukauna Pizza Hut is a hidden gem but I will recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to host a party.“
