I really hope a manager sees this.My mom just had a major foot surgery and she wasn't able to leave the house for a few days. It was a few days after her surgery and I was taking care of her. We decided to go to the McDonalds drive through to get a midnight snack. Melissa in drive thru was fantastic and I am a new regular costumer and I will definitely be coming back and she definitely deserves to be recognized and given a raise or a promotion. I made her day as I told her I would be do this. She said I was her first costumer to thank her for everything and the service she provides and Melissa is very nice and very kind.
