I got decent service the food was cold the burger was cold the fries were cold I'm not sure how I literally opened it and ate it as soon as they gave it to me but the fries for cold and the burger was not so warm

8:30pm I come in everybody looks like they're about 14 and they're all having fun laughing and the place is jumping my food was ready within 5 minutes I got to tell you I'm pretty impressed. wow

Major case of food poisoning from this location. Been coming here for almost a year. Friday night I had a double quarter pounder, I noticed it was unusually pink inside after I'd eaten half of it.I was up violently sick all night. Spent over 30 hours in bed. Sorry to say I'll never come back.

I really hope a manager sees this.My mom just had a major foot surgery and she wasn't able to leave the house for a few days. It was a few days after her surgery and I was taking care of her. We decided to go to the McDonalds drive through to get a midnight snack. It meant a lot to her because it was her first time being out of the house in a while, even if it was just in the car going through a drive though. When we got there and started ordering, the staff was so kind and patient with her. She's been on medication that makes her a little foggy, so she changed her mind a few times. But the drive through staff didn't mind at all, they were so informative and helpful. The young woman that handed us out food had a big smile and was so polite to us too.I worked in customer service jobs for years so I know how important it is for customers to share their experiences. I hope the staff that was there on the evening of Thursday the 25th (January) continues to spread their kindness and cheerfulness.
We got ice cream it was amazing and the dog loved it too!!

Melissa in drive thru was fantastic and I am a new regular costumer and I will definitely be coming back and she definitely deserves to be recognized and given a raise or a promotion. I made her day as I told her I would be do this. She said I was her first costumer to thank her for everything and the service she provides and Melissa is very nice and very kind.

This place is really unsanitary,the crew leader is nasty to her staff ,yelling and screaming. The beverage area looks like it's has not been cleaned in a month, there was dryed on build up food and soda and mold. The ice tea buckets were just layered and caked. Most of the tables were stick and dirty with food build up. The play land does looked like it has been clean in well over a month food build up and lots of pieces of food and dust and black mold on the mats. I told my kids to stop playing and we threw our meals away and soda and left. The workers were spraying chemical bottles at each other and the bathroom were just as discussing.

They pulled me ahead and when I asked for a staw for my drink, I was told new policy we don't give straws. Call to talk to a manager and told the same thing. You have to ask for one. I told I asked for one and he said have a nice day and hung up.
